Every Amity teacher brings their own sequencing and music to each class to add a unique touch. Expect every class to be challenging, yet accessible. We sweat and work hard, but every pose can be modified to challenge both beginners and experienced students alike. Expect to cultivate inner warmth and strength, and walk out feeling more centered and clear.

Our mission to provide you with an elevated mindful movement experience – from the moment you walk in the door until your final savasana. Our goal to bring our community together to connect in a mindful movement practice that brings joy. We offer a variety of yoga classes focusing on strength, flexibility and balance, for all levels of practice at our studio.
We are dedicated to inspiring mindful movement and creating a place of community that is accessible for all levels of practice. We are a sanctuary for you on your journey to find a deeper connection with yourself and with others.
This is our beautiful team of teachers. We love and support each of them to be who they are and share their knowledge and expertise with you. We trust in our team to be creative, inventive and intentional as they create classes for you. Our front desk and management team are here to welcome you as if you have come home. We feel truly blessed to share these fabulous individuals with you.

Michael

Instructor
Michael teaches a powerful and active flow and encourages her students to meet themselves where they are on the mat, rather than where they think they should be. Michael originally found yoga after suffering a multitude of injuries from her collegiate soccer career and quickly fell in love with the physical, mental and emotional freedom she found in her practice. His flows will keep you present on your mat and leave you feeling strong and capable.

Rachel

Instructor
Rachel’s classes are born out of her life experience and study of the history, philosophy and science of yoga. In class, she keeps it real, sequencing movements and music intentionally (with the occasional joke thrown in). She lives to create a space where people can feel better mentally and physically.
